Kenny Morrison has been on the leading edge of the California cannabis industry since 2006 when he co-founded two well-known medical cannabis collectives in West Los Angeles and Venice Beach. In 2008, Kenny established The Venice Cookie Company–a leading manufacturer of infused products including top-selling chocolate bar and beverage brands, 4.20Bar and Cannabis Quencher. In 2012, Kenny expanded into Washington where he co-founded Evergreen Herbal, a Seattle-based infused products manufacturer and distributor, which serves the state's adult use market. Together, these ventures make up VCC Brands, the largest manufacturer and distributor of cannabis brands on the West Coast. Kenny has not only ridden the wave through over 10 years of change in the industry, but also emerged as an expert and policy advisor by building highly visible brands of infused products known for being consistent, potent, healthy and user-friendly.
Kenny brings a wealth of experience and innovation to one of today's most exciting and fastest-growing industries. As a social entrepreneur and industry advocate, he currently serves on the board of directors for the California Cannabis Industry Association and is also President and Founder of CCMA, the California Cannabis Manufacturers Association.
